A new hardwood floor is only as good as what's underneath it. We check the subfloor for flatness and moisture before anything goes down, then install with the layout, seams and transitions planned ahead of time.

No loose ends handed off to you. The scope below is what your hardwood floor installation project includes from start to finish.
Most hardwood problems — gaps, cupping, squeaks — start underneath. We correct flatness and moisture issues before the first board goes down.
Board direction, seams and transitions are mapped out before we start, so the finished floor reads as one continuous surface from room to room.
Installed hardwood can be sanded and refinished down the road, and we handle that too, so the same company knows your floor from day one.
We measure the space, check the subfloor, and talk through species, width, direction and finish.
The old floor comes out where needed and the subfloor is corrected before installation starts.
Boards go in following the planned layout, with seams staggered and cuts placed where they belong.
Transitions go on, the space is cleaned, and we walk the floor with you.
It depends on the room, the subfloor, and whether the space is above or below grade. We'll walk you through the tradeoffs at the estimate before you commit.
